The diet that can strengthen our immune system to fight against Covid-19


Immune System:

The immune system is the collection of Tissues, Organs, and cells which enable the body to fight against diseases. The immune system includes white blood cells, antibodies, spleen, bone marrow, the complement system, and thymus. The immune system fights against Germs, microbes, and bacteria and keeps our body fit and healthy.

As there is no vaccine made yet against Corona Virus, so it is time to focus on boosting our immune system and keeps our body healthy.


Here are some foods that can help in boosting and strengthening the immune system. We must add these foods in our diet.

Broccoli:

Broccoli is full of vitamin C as same as orange and it also has other immune-boosting supplements and nutrients which can boost the immunity system. Broccoli is one of the healthiest vegetables which contains Vitamins, antioxidants, and fibers.




Citrus fruits:

Citrus fruits are loaded with a high amount of vitamin C which helps in boosting the immune system, and also helps in fighting against infections. Citrus fruits are rich in Vitamins as well as a rich source of fibers and low in calories which are good for the heart. Citrus fruits are Orange, Grapefruit, lemon, lime, Pomelo, etc.


Ginger:

Ginger has many anti-inflammatory properties which help in reducing sore throat and inflammatory illness. Due to its strong anti-inflammatory properties ginger can help in boosting immunity. It can be used in a meal or even in green tea. It is good for flue, cough and digestive health. It is also good for the heart because it reduces the blockage of arteries and helps in the regulation of blood circulation.


Garlic:

Garlic is loaded with a compound called allicin which can help in strengthens the immune system and fight against germs. Garlic can destroy bacteria, viruses, worms, and parasites that are inhabited externally or internally to the body. Garlic is a natural antibiotic and the killer of all antigens which harm your body.


Black Pepper:

It is the most common and beneficial spices used all over the world, it is full of antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory properties. It contains 57% of vitamin K, 45% of iron, 30% of fibers and 78% of manganese. Due to its strong anti-inflammatory properties, it helps in boosting the immune system.



Honey:

Honey also has antibacterial and antioxidant properties, it can help in digestion and also a natural immunity booster. Due to its strong antioxidant properties, it can help in removing toxins and germs from the body.


Turmeric:

Turmeric is used in alternative medicine, it has extra anti-inflammatory properties and also helps in the immunity boost. Compound curcumin present in turmeric which helps to boost immunity.
This yellow spice is used in cooking and also for injury treatment; it can also be used in green tea to boost immune function. 


Green Vegetable:

Most of the green vegetable has more vitamins, mineral, and nutrients which can help in improving the immune system function. Consuming more vegetables is also a good way of improving diet that can boost the immune system.

Spinach:
